Data we process

When you contact us or submit an RFQ, we may process your name, business email address, company, country, project reference, technical requirements, delivery information, correspondence and any drawings or documents you choose to provide. Our hosting and email systems may also record limited technical data required for security and reliable operation, such as IP address, time of access and server logs.

Why we process it

We process personal data to review enquiries, communicate with you, assess manufacturing feasibility, prepare quotations, coordinate requested services, protect our systems and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our B2B services, and compliance with applicable law.

Who receives the data

Access is limited to authorised persons and service providers that support hosting, email, IT security and professional administration. When necessary to assess or fulfil your request, relevant technical documentation may be shared with a suitable manufacturing or service partner under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

We seek to use providers and partners within the European Economic Area. If personal data must be transferred outside the EEA, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries and technical documentation are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, maintain the business relationship, resolve disputes and protect legitimate business interests. Records connected with an order, contract or statutory obligation are retained for the period required by applicable law. You may request deletion of unsuccessful RFQ documentation when no overriding legal or legitimate reason requires continued retention.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the supervisory authority in your country. To exercise your rights, email info@tehnolia.com.

Document security

Please send only information you are authorised to disclose. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For especially sensitive projects, contact us before submitting files so that confidentiality and transfer arrangements can be agreed.
